I had a lovely stay at this hotel with clean and modern rooms offering a fantastic view of Hobart and the Derwent River. However, a minor issue with water leaks in the shower affected the otherwise comfortable room. The service was efficient with attentive staff except for an unhelpful incident with room change requests. The location was quite good, allowing easy access to the CBD and Salamanca market, but a bit of a walk back up a steep hill. The dining options were varied and delicious, though the closure on Sundays and Mondays was a downside. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups.

The hotel offers clean and fresh rooms located above the smokers' outdoor area, providing a comfortable stay with excellent value for money. It would be a great vantage point for the NY Eve fireworks.
